What is counselling/therapy?
Counselling, also known as ‘talking therapies’, allows you to discuss any difficult feelings, thoughts, behaviours, that you feel are holding you back from moving forward in your life.
Counselling is a safe, confidential environment for talking things through. Counselling is shaped to your needs as an individual. Counselling is not about judging you or telling you what to do; but about listening, understanding and encouraging you to talk; uncovering possible patterns in your life and identifying ways for you to move forward.
