What is counselling?
Counselling, also known as ‘talking therapies’, allows you to discuss any difficult feelings, thoughts, behaviours, that you feel are holding you back from moving forward in your life.
Counselling is a safe, confidential environment for talking through things. Counselling is shaped to your needs as an individual. Counselling is not about judging you or telling you what to do; but about listening, understanding and encouraging you to talk; uncovering possible patterns in your life and identifying ways for you to move forward.
